PWD officer commits suicide in Nelamangala

The incident in which a PWD officer committed suicide by hanging took place at a tourist temple in Shivagange in Nelamangala taluk.

Lakshminarasimhaiah (56), who was working as a PWD officer in Madhugiri of Tumkur district, is the officer who surrendered to suicide.

It is suspected that he committed suicide by hanging himself due to the disappearance of a file related to the office. Police from Dabaspet police station visited the place of incident and conducted an investigation.
